EY Law strengthens corporate finance capabilities with new additions in Hong Kong

LC Lawyers LLP announced today the appointment of Bonnie Yung as a partner. Bonnie is responsible for advising on corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.

LC Lawyers LLP is an independent law firm that offers legal services to financial institutions, corporate clients and private enterprises doing business in and through Hong Kong. LC Lawyers LLP, working closely with law firms in the EY global network of law firms, advises on capital and debt markets, corporate finance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, regulatory investigations and Chinese outbound investments.

Jason Wang also joined as a partner at LC Lawyers LLP recently, focusing on corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining LC Lawyers LLP, Bonnie and Jason were with a reputable US law firm respectively. They are experienced in Hong Kong IPOs as well as fund raising and mergers and acquisitions involving Hong Kong listed companies.
